PAP Series 1: Food Innovation & Sensory Evaluation Training

The “Food Innovation & Sensory Evaluation Training” is a two-day workshop designed to provide participants with hands-on experience with food product development and a comprehensive understanding of sensory evaluation techniques and their applications in the food industry.

Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, participants will develop the necessary skills to conduct sensory evaluations, interpret results, and make informed decisions based on sensory data. Participants will be able to conduct the experiment from scratch to analyse the data and able to develop problem solving skills.
