13th National Food Science and Technology Competition

We cordially invite you to join us in the MIFT 13th National Food Science and Technology Competition that will be held physically at Monash University Malaysia on 5-6 August 2023.

This is an activity for undergraduate and postgraduate students organized by the Malaysian Institute of Food Technology (MIFT) and hosted by the School of Science, Monash University Malaysia this year.

The objectives of the competition are:

1. To explore new perspectives in the area of food science and technology;
2. To develop a research culture in students;
3. To encourage critical and creative thinking skills;
4. To promote networking among students, researchers and industry.
