For the first time in our 39 years history, MIFT’s council is proud to confer the Honorary Fellowship to non-members, as a recognition of the past, relentless contributions and support to our activities.
YB Dato’ Sri Liow Tiong Lai is one of the first two honorary recipients to receive the MIFT Honorary Fellow Award 2013. His support to MIFT activities including the gazetting of the Food Analysts Act 2011.
Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr. Haji Mohd Ismail Merican is another honorary recipient to receive the MIFT Honorary Fellow Award 2013. His biggest contribution to MIFT was to enable the gazetting of the Food Analysts Act 2011.
